really don't know what to do =(

ooook so first off im so confused about a lot  ( most of yall should know  what im talken about )  second of all how are you supposed to be a good friend when one friend  ( friend 1  ) tells yous something and but then you can't really tell your other friend  ( friend 2 )
but if you don't tell friend 2 then your a bad friend.... tell me why this is happening? tell me... what am i supposed to do... =/
